Villa Marsana - Aguada

Absolutely loved the unique charm! So comfortable and fun, such a lovely tropical atmosphere.

Free parking nearby provided. Reasonably large and air conditioned room, with a comfortable bed. Excellent service from the excellent, outstandingly accommodating staff members.

The view of sea from my updated room was marvellous. A full kitchen was complete with a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was very close to sights to see and the many restaurants and the west sunny coast of PR island.

This villa was far from fabulous. The dogs roaming the hotel and roosters crowing all night added to the charm, said no one ever. No beach view, and where was my TV? I guess that 'premium' room i booked meant less comfort than expected. Could've given a good review but just couldn't.

My stay was so enjoyable, especially with the access to the rooftop that offered amazing views of the stars at night, and the shared kitchen in the courtyard made it easy to prepare snacks after a long day of exploring nearby Rincon's Art Walk and Steps Beach, both just a short drive away.

The place lacks a beach view, and my room had no TV. Some appliances are outdated. The supposed private beach is a ten-minute walk away, dogs roam the hotel, and roosters crow all night, disrupting any chance of a peaceful stay.

Charming hosts and magical views

Staying at Villa Marsana reminded me of being part of a loving family. The spacious rooftop offered amazing views of the stars.

While the hosts were cute, the nightly chorus of roosters provided a somewhat rude awakening, and there were pets roaming about that occasionally caused minor distractions.

The location was tranquil, with easy access to the ocean sounds and a good mango tree providing shade. The rooftop offered lovely night views. Issues with air conditioning left the room uncomfortably warm at night, disrupting sleep.

We really enjoyed the cozy outdoor kitchens and the gorgeous mosaic work everywhere. Just remember to bring your own toiletries if you stay. Would definitely return!

Great spot for family relaxation

The place feels like home, right from the start, Mike and Oksana did everything to make us comfortable. We slept like babies in these king-sized beds with awesome quality sheets and woke up to the sounds of nature, just amazing.

It was kind of pricey, but considering everything, still acceptable.

Parking situation is tricky, but the friendly vibe and the abundance of local wildlife make it worthwhile!

The room was spacious, with two king-sized beds and a hot shower that was just like a mini spa after a long day of exploring. Plus, the free internet and shared kitchen.
